You've contacted us at 21:13 - 2025-06-28, and our operations team has replied. Since then, we haven't received any other messages from you.
If you wish to proceed with the refund request, please navigate to the My Orders section and click on "Refund Request". We issue a Refund based on the terms and conditions agreed upon. If the deadline has not yet been missed, the refund will be issued.
Please note that, as per our refund policy, a refund has to be requested within 5 working days.
