Back to all reviewsI have lost a parcel in France, and Ecoparcel did not solve the problem. Cost me 150€ in loss. Also there is no direct hotline to solve issues, as a business account this is needed. The chat has too strict preselection of topics, one cannot just send an email to support. As a B2B service, this is not acceptable.

In order to start a conversation, please open a Ticket. It's either a Delivery Problem or a Collection Problem if you are not able to submit a Claim via the My Orders page.
Upon checking, we can see a recent conversation you've opened regarding the labelling, but we cannot see any other attempts at communication, nor any parcels that were heading to or from France.
On the other hand, we can see that all orders that were booked were collected and signed for during the delivery.
Please head to the contact us page and open a ticket for our operations team to start the investigation.
