Back to all reviewsOverall I am very satisfied. I sent 11 packages from Italy to Bulgaria. The only downside was that they did not come to collect the shipment on the agreed day, but the next morning. This would not be a big problem if there had been some kind of telephone connection for information, or someone to warn that it was being postponed by a day. The rest went without any problems. The packages were delivered on time in good condition. I would have given 5 stars if there had been a better information connection. I recommend Ecoparcel and would use them again.
