Back to all reviewsI arranged for the pickup of 2 houses, they were supposed to be picked up on the same day, but the courier came on 2 different days and to a different address, which complicated the transfer. Instead of 5 minutes of meeting, the courier and I spent 40 minutes in total

Good afternoon,
We see that you’ve booked two separate orders from different addresses and for delivery to two different countries. Please note that each route is handled by a different courier.
For your first shipment, the parcel was collected on July 15, 2025 at 12:00. The courier then visited the second pickup location at 16:00, but was unable to collect the parcel as the shipper was not available. The courier returned the following day to complete the collection.
Your parcel was picked up in France and delivered to the consignee in Belgium within 48 hours, exactly as outlined in your booking.
If you would like to have multiple parcels collected from the same address in a single stop, please create one order and add all of your parcels to that order.
