The platform was easy to use, everything was clear and straightforward, and the service felt very trustworthy — which was especially important to me since it was my first time using them. They sent me a return label right away, and the package was picked up the next day. It arrived in Germany two days later in perfect condition, and I received a track-and-trace link, which gave me peace of mind throughout the process. The only downside was that I couldn’t pay with iDEAL directly, I had to use a credit card to add funds to my account, which initially made me a bit skeptical. But everything went smoothly, and in the end, it was a reliable and efficient solution. Definitely recommend it for larger or heavier shipments.
