It's almost impossible to communicate with them. I haven't received the refund I am entitled to, but only the chatbot responds, which is a waste of time. So, if something goes wrong, don't expect any reply from Ecoparcel.

All order management actions can be found in the section My Orders, such as Rebook Collection, Update Address, Cancel Order, and Refund Request.

To proceed with a Refund Request, please head to the section "My Orders" > Select your Order > "Refund Request".
