Before delivery, the parcel was accurately weighed and measured at 52 cm (L) × 50 cm (W) × 40 cm (H), with a volume weight of 17.33 kg. These details were provided in the tracking information to ensure full transparency and facilitate any necessary auditing.
Upon delivery, the declared weight and dimensions matched the parcel’s actual measurements, and NO additional surcharges were applied.
