Back to all reviewsWhen looking for a company to transfer some packages from Sweden to Slovakia, EcoParcel offered the best deal. We used their services twice. When ordering their services, we had to select a pickup day. However, the selected day was irrelevant because the local (Swedish) pickup company sent us an email request to select a pickup day. I am unsure if EcoParcel did not communicate the initially selected pickup day to the local company or if it was just the local company's routine to agree on a custom pickup day. EcoParcel offers a link to track the delivery, while the local company provides a different one to track the pickup. Anyway, the packages arrived in a few days (6-10) without damage to the content inside.
