Back to all reviewswhen you have a problem, there is no help, just a ChatBOT that treats you like stupid, not solving a problem, after angry tries, forward to a non existing "human" service employee and you lose 2 days, angry client in your ear but ecoparcel not help, till issue solves it self and because of your problem, bad rating, losing client but no compensation from ecoparcel and his subcontractors who made delivery faults, sure not the sender, right??
