Back to all reviewsLa última vez que contrato un envío con Ecoparcel. He contratado un servicio de entrega Door2Door y han dejado el paquete en un punto de recogida. Ya es la segunda vez que tengo el mismo problema y la primera vez no obtuve ninguna explicación por parte del servicio al cliente.

Please kindly note that even when Door2Door delivery is selected, if we are unable to hand the parcel directly to the consignee, it will be left at the nearest parcelshop—provided one is located within a reasonable distance. Thank you for your understanding.
