Back to all reviewsFast pick up and delivery. However, the customer service is terrible; it doesn't exist. The only way to contact them is through a chat, and only AI answers you, so you are talking to a machine that does not solve anything, just throws phrases. The chats close by themselves without you getting to talk to a person, then you have to start with another chat, in which again, you do not get support. If your package doesn't have any issues, it works fine, but if something happens, be patient because you don't get any support.
