More than a month ago

Day 18 delivered only two parcels from three. No explanations given. Told me to wait for further delivery without confirmation. If no delivery I should contact DPD again.!!!!???? That's not the service I expected. But finally third parcel delivered today

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the combined delivery of your parcels. Unfortunately, due to the limited capacity of our delivery vehicle, we were unable to accommodate the final package on the scheduled day.

Please allow us to clarify:
• All parcels were collected on June 11, 2025.
• Two parcels were delivered on June 18, 2025.
• The remaining parcel was delivered the following day, June 19, 2025.
