Back to all reviewsI’ve been pleasantly surprised by the company Ecoparcel. Very easy to use, super organized and punctual. Excellent prices. Delivery was also extra fast from Spain to Germany, only 3 days! The only issue was that the box got quite damaged and one item broke, but I guess that’s not Ecoparcel’s fault, rather the delivery company itself. But besides this issue all went well. I hope they can pass on the message to GLS to ensure a nicer handling of packages in the future.
