Could you kindly clarify the issue you experienced?
The parcel was collected last week and remained in transit for five days, as advised. Unfortunately, the delivery attempt yesterday was unsuccessful as no one was available to receive it. As a result, the parcel was left at the parcel shop.
We can see that the parcel was collected today, which brings the total lead time to six days. However, please note that the delivery was attempted on the fifth day.
