Back to all reviewsTerrible customer service and poor organisation on ecoparcel's side. The shipping company managed to fix the mess they created. I would have cancelled otherwise. We are talking about a 1,500 EURO shipment. Never trusting them again.

It appears that the first shipment from Portugal to Belgium was completed without issue.
Regarding the second booking from Belgium to Portugal, our tracking shows that the courier attempted collection but was unsuccessful.
I see you have requested a collection cancellation and a refund.
The cancellation of this booking was accepted, and the refund has been issued.
