We’ve noticed that over 30 collections from this location have been completed successfully before, but the most recent one failed, either because the shipper was absent or the goods weren’t ready.
Please head to the Help Centre and open a ticket so we can investigate.
Since the collection address is an administrative building, the reception may not have passed the parcels to the courier upon arrival.
Let’s discuss further - we’re eager to find a solution.
