Please allow me to clarify the situation:
You selected our Locker2Door service for a shipment from Belgium to the Netherlands. The parcel was dropped off at the ParcelShop yesterday and successfully delivered today, thereby achieving next-day delivery.
If you were unable to locate the ParcelShop address at the time of drop-off, please note that you chose your preferred ParcelShop when placing an order.
You can also find the “Locker/ParcelShop Address” for each order by visiting the My Orders section.
