Back to all reviewsPackages are every time delivered much later than promised during the order process - at best it takes 6 days but often 8-9 days (promised 3-4 days). Otherwise delivery is alright, but the delivery time is significantly longer. You should adjust the delivery times or offer some compensation for not delivering in promised time.

Good afternoon,
Our delivery lead time is calculated to cover 95% of shipments (remote locations usually take an additional 24 hours). Transit from Slovakia to Finland takes 4–6 business days, excluding the collection date, as parcels depart at midnight or the following morning after the pickup, as soon as parcel sorting is completed.
For example, in your recent shipment, the parcel arrived at the delivery depot on the sixth business day and was delivered the following afternoon.
