You've requested the ticket to be escalated to the supervisor - it was escalated, thus, it takes longer to get a reply compared to first-line support.
We can see that the ticket has already been replied to. Please head to the My Orders section, select the order, and click on Tickets, or head to the Help Desk and select the relevant ticket.
