Back to all reviewsPackage was not accepted at the Auto DropBox. Had to spend took many hours to finally get support to point to another drop location. (The web site Europarcel.eu does not even have a tool to search for alternative drop locations). Their chatter (support is only via chat) is terrible. You can only send one message at a time, and only after you got a reply... (when you finally get a reply from a human being)
