La primera vez, el repartidor nunca apareció ni llamó, y después de más de un mes, sigo esperando una respuesta del servicio de atención al cliente. Simplemente ignoraron mi caso. Ahora, en un segundo intento de usar su servicio, programé una recogida para el 1 de abril de 2025, pero el repartidor vino un día antes, marcó falsamente que yo estaba ausente y canceló el pedido. Para colmo, ahora me piden pagar otra vez para reprogramarlo, cuando el error fue completamente suyo. Tengo pruebas en capturas de pantalla que lo demuestran, pero su equipo de soporte no hace nada para solucionarlo. Eviten esta empresa a toda costa. No cumplen, no responden y no asumen su responsabilidad.
