Tenía una recogida programada para el 1 de abril de 2025, pero el repartidor vino un día antes, marcó que yo estaba ausente y canceló el pedido. Ahora me exigen que pague para reprogramarlo, a pesar de que el error fue completamente suyo. Tengo pruebas en capturas de pantalla que demuestran que la fecha correcta era el 1 de abril, pero el servicio de atención al cliente no ofrece ninguna solución real. Un error suyo no debería costarme dinero. Eviten este servicio si no quieren perder tiempo y dinero.
