Fiz uma compra, não recebi nenhum email, não aparecia a etiqueta de postagem, o pedido aparecia no website como cancelado. Fiz outra compra exatamente igual para ver se qual era o problema, e só dois dias depois que a etiqueta apareceu. Estou tentando cancelar o primeiro pedido e até agora estou sem resposta. Péssimo atendimento ao cliente!

Thank you for your update. The second order has been successfully collected and delivered. Regarding the first order, the initial delivery phone number provided was incorrect. Once the correct phone number was updated, the labels were generated.

All order-related documents and labels are available in the My Orders section. Additionally, by clicking Manage Order, you can take further actions such as requesting a cancellation or a refund.
