The pickup date wasn't the one put up on the system, the package got sent late and arrived even later with flaws in the reporting of the collection date and the actual date it got collected. Several items where missing by arrival. There is no proper way to communicate with the customer service. I'm really disappointed and frustrasted as I lost several emotional and monetary valuable items.
