Han equivocado mi dirección con la de otra chica, entonces ahora mi maleta no está en mi casa sin en otrs parte de Italia y yo tengo la maleta de esta chica. No sabemos como resolver este problema ya que nadie no nos lo explicó.

As per our shipping instructions, if the shipper does not apply the labels to the parcels, it is essential to inform the courier about the destination of each parcel.

For shipments using the label-free service, the courier provides the labels upon collection and applies them in the presence of the shipper.
