Back to all reviewsI was a bit nervous when I decided to go with ecoparcel because of some of the bad reviews and I had a tight deadline. I had 4 different orders and questions with each of them and customer service always responded promptly. They picked up 7 large boxes from 2 different locations as scheduled on a Thursday in Germany and I received them on Tuesday in Spain. The boxes were a bit banged up, but so far I haven't found anything broken with the 1st shipment. You can't beat their prices and I would definitely use them again!
