Absolutely not professional service. They are never write or call you back after their fault

Hi Maksim,

The collection was cancelled because the courier was unable to complete the pickup due to an incorrect address. They attempted to contact the shipper by phone, but there was no response.

The courier couldn't wait any longer and had to proceed to the next client. Additionally, they left a note stating: "Falta andar no atende tlm."

Since you selected a flexible cancellation during the booking process, you are eligible for a full refund of the transportation cost. Please feel free to rebook the collection or request a refund through the help center.
