Back to all reviewsThere´s no number to get in contact with. I haven´t received any confirmation email about the pickup date and time before they actually did it. So we were waiting for pickup all day. There were some wooden frames around bottles well wrapped and "fragile - Glass" written all over the box, although the box didn´t show how hard it was handled, the wood frames were totally broken, and the answer to may complain was: "We have checked your parcel's tracking, and unfortunately, there are no external damages recorded." WHAT?? just because someone decided not to record it doesn´t mean that it didn't happen. I had pictures once I've open the package. Also be aware they don´t insure your package, apparently: "As stated on our website, all parcels pass through mechanical conveyors in the warehouses, so it is your responsibility to ensure the contents of your parcel are securely packed to minimize the risk of damage. If you believe the fault is not in the packaging and the exterior was indeed badly damaged, you would need to sign a damage agreement with the courier as outlined in our policy." There you go, no way to guarantee that your goods are safe!

Thank you for contacting us, and please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this has caused. After reviewing the situation, we regret to inform you that we are unable to begin the compensation process, as there were no visible signs of damage to the cardboard box upon delivery.
We kindly remind you that items must be packaged according to our guidelines, which state that labeling a shipment as “fragile” does not guarantee manual handling. All parcels are sorted via mechanical conveyors and travel along conveyor belts before being redirected to various trucks and vans.
Additionally, please note that the consignee has the option to mark a parcel as damaged at the time of delivery by notifying the courier prior to signing. We understand how frustrating this can be and appreciate your patience.
