Public Holidays in Europe
Collections on Public Holidays
Couriers do not collect parcels on public holidays or at weekends. When you book, the calendar leaves these days out, so your collection is set for the next working day.
If a courier still turns down a booked date, we move the collection to its next working day and the new date shows in tracking.

Regional Holidays
Some holidays apply only in part of a country. The booking calendar highlights them. If your collection address is in that region, choose another day: the courier does not collect there on that date.
Holidays and Delivery Time
Delivery time counts business days only, so a public holiday in the sending or receiving country adds a day. See the delivery times for each route.
