Ecoparcel × Packeta: Locker Shipping From Czechia and Slovakia to 25 Countries

- Ecoparcel has partnered with Packeta, the largest locker and pick-up network in Czechia and Slovakia. Both countries are now sending countries on ecoparcel.eu.

- Locker2Door: same drop-off, delivered to a home address in 25 countries.
- No printer needed: the printed label or your drop-off code, on the locker keypad or at the counter. Lockers are open around the clock.
- Up to 15 kg into lockers in Czechia, Slovakia and Hungary; up to 10 kg on every other route.
What the partnership opens up
Until now Ecoparcel picked parcels up from Czech and Slovak addresses by courier. With Packeta as a partner the two countries join our locker network: senders book on ecoparcel.eu, choose Locker2Locker or Locker2Door, and walk the parcel to the nearest locker or pick-up point whenever it suits them. For online sellers and marketplace traders in Prague, Brno, Bratislava or Košice that means no waiting for a courier and no printer: the drop-off code is enough. For their customers abroad it means collecting from a locker around the corner in 21 countries.
How it works: choose the origin country, the destination, the weight and the size; pick a locker or pick-up point on the map, or a home address; pay. You receive the label and a drop-off code. At a locker enter the code on the keypad; at a pick-up point hand the parcel over with the label or give the code at the counter. Tracking runs on your Ecoparcel tracking page from the first scan.

Typical transit is two working days within Czechia and Slovakia and two to five working days to the rest of Europe. The booking form shows the estimate for your route before you pay.
Sizes and weights
Lockers and pick-up points in Czechia, Slovakia and Hungary take parcels up to 15 kg and 60 × 43 × 35 cm. Lockers in the other countries take up to 10 kg; compartment sizes differ by country, and the booking form only offers a locker when your parcel fits it. Locker2Door takes parcels up to 10 kg.
