Top up your balance by bank transfer
You can now add money to your Ecoparcel balance with a plain SEPA bank transfer — no card needed.
Open Balance → Add Funds and pick Bank Transfer. You'll see our account details and your personal payment reference in the form ECO-0001234. Send a EUR transfer with that reference from any bank in the SEPA area, and the funds land on your balance within 24 business hours of reaching our account.
Many businesses pay from a company bank account, with approval rules that make card payments awkward. Bank-transfer top-ups fit that workflow: transfer once, then your team books shipments from balance without touching a card. The +2% business top-up bonus on top-ups of €100 or more applies here the same as with cards.
Card and PayPal top-ups work exactly as before.
