Add the Connector in Claude

In Claude, open Settings -> Connectors and choose Add custom connector.
Paste https://www.ecoparcel.eu/mcp as the server URL and confirm.

Add the Connector in ChatGPT

In ChatGPT, go to Settings -> Connectors. If custom connectors are not visible, enable Developer mode first.
Create a new connector with https://www.ecoparcel.eu/mcp as the MCP server URL.

Log In and Approve Access

Your assistant redirects you to ecoparcel.eu. Log in with your normal Ecoparcel account; your password never touches anyone else's product.
Approve the permission screen. It covers quotes, tracking and reading your own orders, nothing else, and the token is tied to your account alone.

Ask Your First Question

Try a quote: "What does a 5 kg parcel from Vilnius to Berlin cost?"
Track something: "Where is my latest order?"
Filter your orders: "Which of my orders are still unpaid?"
Fetch paperwork: "Download the label for my latest order."

Know the Limits

The connector reads; it doesn't buy. Creating or paying for an order from chat is deliberately not possible yet: an assistant that can spend your money needs a properly designed confirmation step, and we're building one with an explicit approve-or-decline prompt before anything is booked. Until then, booking happens on the website. You can disconnect at any time from your assistant's connector settings.
