Start the connection
- In Ecoparcel, go to Integrations -> Etsy.
- When the modal opens (status: Inactive), click Next.
Grant access on Etsy
- You’ll be redirected to Etsy’s consent page.
- Review the requested permissions (read orders, update shipments, read shop info) and click Grant access.
Sync orders and ship
- Back in Ecoparcel, the status badge now reads Active.
- Go to My Orders, select the Unfulfilled tab and click Manage -> Sync Orders to import your open Etsy orders.
- Once your parcel ships, the shipment with tracking is added to your Etsy order automatically and your customer is notified.
