How can we help?

Transit enquiries

My parcel is being returned to sender

A return starts when the parcel cannot be delivered. The reason is in the tracking event that starts the return:

  • delivery attempts failed, or the recipient refused the parcel;
  • the address was wrong or incomplete;
  • the parcel was not collected from the pickup point in time;
  • the parcel was damaged, oversized, or contained prohibited items.

A return cannot be turned around. The address cannot be corrected and the parcel cannot be stopped or redirected on the way back.

The return address is the collection address. By law the parcel goes back to where it was collected, even if the shipper has moved. Someone must be there to receive it.

Couriers hold a return for at least three days. There is no fixed limit beyond that. If nobody can receive the parcel, tell us as soon as the return appears in tracking, with the order code and a reachable phone number.

To ship again, book a new order with the corrected details. The original transport is not refunded, because the service was performed. There is currently no charge for the return leg.
