Can I get couriers phone number?

Unfortunately, we cannot provide the phone number of a courier. Couriers are not obliged to contact you by phone. In case they decide to do so, only local phone numbers will be contacted.

The order included several boxes, but only a few have arrived. Will the remaining boxes be delivered later?

In some cases, parcels may travel separately due to truck availability, which can cause delays in delivery. While some of your boxes have arrived, the remaining ones should be delivered shortly after. Please continue to track your shipment for the latest updates on their arrival.

There have been no tracking updates for several days. What does this mean?

Tracking updates are provided only during business days, as parcels do not move during weekends or holidays. Please wait for the next business day for updates.

Tracking status shows incorrect address, but the address is correct. What to do?

If the tracking status indicates an "Incorrect address" event, please verify that your address is correctly formatted and includes all necessary details, such as a local phone number and contact name. To update your delivery address, please visit the "My Orders" section and select "Update Address".
