How to cancel the order?

You can cancel an order in My Orders: open the order and select Cancel Order.

After cancelling, you can request a refund of your transportation cost from the same order. If the order did not include Flexible Cancellation, a €6 Cancellation Fee per parcel is deducted, and the fee cannot be waived. Add-ons such as insurance and Flexible Cancellation are not refunded. Refunds go to your account balance by default, or to your original payment card on request.
