How can we help?

Delivery enquiries

Tracking says delivered, but nothing arrived

Delivered means the transport is finalised. The parcel was handed over at the address, left at its final stage such as a parcel shop or locker, or returned. The last tracking events say which.

Where to look first

  • The parcel shop or locker named in the last tracking event.
  • Neighbours and reception. Depending on local rules, a courier may leave a parcel with a neighbour when the consignee is absent.
  • The door or the letterbox. A proof of delivery is not part of every service; couriers follow each country's standards, and in the UK a parcel may be put through the letterbox.

If the parcel was not delivered

  1. Dispute it within 24 hours: My Orders, select the order, Manage Order, Dispute Delivery.
  2. We request the proof of delivery and a depot search from the courier.
  3. If the parcel cannot be found, the case goes to a claim; see how to submit a claim for a lost parcel.
