How can we help?

Delivery enquiries

The delivery attempt failed. Can I choose a delivery day or redirect the parcel?

After a failed attempt, the courier decides what happens next, according to its own rules for the route:

  • a second attempt on the next working day;
  • delivery to a nearby parcel shop or locker, with a notification to the recipient;
  • or the start of a return to the sender.

Tracking shows which.

In most cases the courier emails the consignee directly with the options it offers: redirect to a parcel shop, a new delivery date and time, or a neighbour. What is offered depends on the route and the courier; use that email, it acts faster than we can.

Through Ecoparcel, the address cannot be changed and the parcel cannot be redirected once the label is attached. The parcel goes to the address on the order, to the courier's own pickup point if the courier offers it, or back to the sender.

What you can do on the order: Request Redelivery

  1. Open the order in My Orders, choose Manage Order, then Request Redelivery. It is available once tracking shows a failed delivery attempt.
  2. We ask the courier what happened and whether another attempt can be made. Whether and when depends on the courier and the route; it cannot be guaranteed.
  3. Keep the recipient's phone number reachable in the meantime.

If the parcel is already at a pickup point, collect it there within the time in the notification; after that it goes back to the sender.
