Parcel was delivered to Parcel Shop or Locker
In cases where the courier is absent or delivery to a locker has been selected, the parcel will be delivered to the nearest locker or parcel shop. An SMS or email notification is sent to the recipient.
The parcel was delivered to a Drop-off Point, but I paid for door-to-door delivery. Why?
If the recipient was unavailable or unable to be reached, the parcel may have been delivered to the nearest drop-off point for convenience. The recipient will be notified of the drop-off location.
