Collection failed and tracking shows Collection Problem

The Collection Problem tracking event indicates that the courier has arrived but was unable to complete the collection due to the absence of the shipper, unprepared shipments or insufficient, improper packaging of the shipment.

Please go to the "My Orders" section and select "Rebook Collection" to proceed.
