How can we help?

Collection enquiries

Can I give the courier instructions, and how far does the driver go?

The driver works from the order details, not from notes. What reaches the courier is what is on the order, so enter the address completely and correctly when booking:

  • Address: street name, building number, apartment number and any local detail the country uses, for example "Piso" and "Esc." in Spain. See the address format for your country: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Address_format_by_country_and_area
  • Company name: the company, building, hotel, student residence or university name. This makes the collection a business collection and tells the driver where to go.
  • Contact name: the person at the address. A gate or door code goes here, next to the name.
  • Phone: a number the driver can reach, local if possible.

Order details cannot be changed after booking. The only exception is a wrong-address report from the courier, after which the order page offers Manage Order, Update Address. For anything else, cancel and book again.

Timing requests cannot be passed on. The route is planned on the day; see what time the courier comes.

How far the driver goes

  • To the main entrance, or to the reception or post room if the building has one. That is where the parcel is handed over.
  • Not into private property beyond the entrance, not up to apartments or offices, and not carrying parcels down from upper floors.
  • The parcel must be packed, labelled and waiting at the entrance for the whole window.
