How does Flexible Cancellation work?

Flexible Cancellation is an optional add-on you choose at checkout. If your order is later cancelled or the parcel is not collected — for example, the shipper was absent or the address was incorrect — you receive a full refund of your transportation cost.

Without Flexible Cancellation, a €6 Cancellation Fee per parcel is deducted when you request a refund for a cancelled or uncollected order.

Please note: Flexible Cancellation refunds the transportation cost only. Insurance and other add-ons are not refundable.
