Can I remove my saved payment card?
No. A saved card can be replaced, not removed.
- An active payment method on file is required to use the service. Charges that arise after the order, such as a weight surcharge, are taken from it.
- We never see or store your card number. The card is held by our payment provider; your account keeps only the card brand and the last four digits.
To replace the card
- At the next payment, at checkout or when topping up the balance, choose New card.
- Pay once with the new card.
- The new card becomes your saved card and the old one is dropped as soon as that payment succeeds.
If you want no card on file at all, deactivate the account: Profile, tick Deactivate account, save. This is refused while the balance is negative; settle it first. See how to deactivate your account.
