How Delivery Time Is Calculated
Delivery time runs from the day the courier collects the parcel to the day it is delivered. Only business days count, so weekends and public holidays in the sending and receiving country are left out.
The times are estimates based on our recent deliveries and courier schedules, in most cases between capital cities. Deliveries to remote areas can take a few days longer.

Delivery Times by Service
- Door2Door: a courier collects the parcel from your address and delivers it to the recipient's door.
- Door2Locker: a courier collects the parcel from your address and delivers it to a parcel locker near the recipient.
- Locker2Door: you drop the parcel at a parcel locker and a courier delivers it to the recipient's door.
- Locker2Locker: you drop the parcel at a parcel locker and the recipient picks it up from a locker near them.
What Can Delay a Parcel
Parcels to destinations outside the European Union pass through customs, which can add days. Strikes, severe weather and peak season can also slow a route. Current disruptions are listed in our service updates.
