SDA Tracking

Shipments booked through Ecoparcel are tracked in real time on our tracking page: enter your Ecoparcel Order ID together with the sender's or recipient's postcode. The Order ID appears in My Orders as soon as your booking is confirmed, and shippers also receive it in the hourly digest email of confirmed orders. SDA is part of the Poste Italiane group, and every scan on the SDA leg shows on our page.

Status updates include in transito (in transit), in consegna (out for delivery), consegnato (delivered) and giacenza (held at the depot after a failed delivery). Updates appear on business days only; if nothing changes well past the estimate, contact our support and we'll query SDA directly.

Yes, SDA Express Courier is part of the Poste Italiane group. It handles express deliveries on behalf of Poste Italiane across Italy.

How do I track an SDA parcel?

Use our tracking page with your Ecoparcel Order ID and the sender's or recipient's postcode. Every scan on the SDA leg appears there, so there is nothing else to look up.

How can I book a pickup for an SDA parcel?

With Ecoparcel the pickup is arranged during booking and can be changed from My Orders via Rebook Collection.

What does SDA "in giacenza" mean?

"In giacenza" means the parcel is being held at a depot after a failed delivery attempt or an address issue. It's usually followed by a new delivery attempt or depot collection; check your tracking for details and contact our support team if you need help.
