SDA Tracking
To track an SDA parcel, find the tracking number on the shipping label or in the confirmation email from the sender and enter it in the Ecoparcel tracking tool. SDA is part of the Poste Italiane group. Shipments booked with Ecoparcel are tracked automatically, with statuses such as in transit, out for delivery and delivered updated without entering anything. If tracking has not updated for 2-3 working days, contact the sender or SDA customer service.
Status updates include in transito (in transit), in consegna (out for delivery), consegnato (delivered) and giacenza (held at the depot).
