Packeta handles the first mile in Czechia and Slovakia and hands parcels to established national networks at the destination: Polish Post in Poland, Hermes in Germany, BRT in Italy, MRW in Spain and Portugal, Mondial Relay in France, DHL in the Netherlands, bpost in Belgium, PostNord in Denmark, Matkahuolto in Finland, Omniva in the Baltics, BoxNow in Bulgaria, Greece and Croatia, and Packeta's own lockers in Hungary. Ecoparcel books the whole route in one order, issues one label and one tracking page, and our support team is your single point of contact from drop-off to delivery.

Every order is one parcel of up to 15 kg into lockers in Czechia, Slovakia and Hungary and up to 10 kg on the other routes; the booking form only offers a locker your parcel fits in.

Packeta shipments booked through Ecoparcel are tracked on our tracking page: enter your Ecoparcel Order ID together with the sender's or recipient's postcode. The Order ID appears in My Orders as soon as your booking is confirmed. Packeta's own tracking number starts with Z and appears on the label; at the destination the parcel is handed to the local network, and its events show on the same Ecoparcel page.

Common statuses: dropped off, in transit, arrived at destination locker or pick-up point, collected. A parcel waits in a locker or at a pick-up point for the recipient for several days; the recipient receives a code by SMS or email. Updates appear on business days; if nothing changes well past the estimate, contact our support and we query the carrier.

Delivery times depend on the destination. Within Czechia and Slovakia parcels typically arrive in two working days; to Hungary, Poland, Germany, Austria and Slovenia in two to three; to the rest of Europe in two to five. The booking form shows the estimate for your route before you pay.

Drop-off works without a printer: after payment you receive the label and a drop-off code. At a locker enter the code on the keypad; at a pick-up point hand the parcel over with the label or give the code at the counter. Lockers are open around the clock.

Prices depend on the destination country and the weight tier of the parcel; the table above shows current prices from Czechia and Slovakia for a standard parcel. Locker delivery is the lower-priced option on every route where it exists; home delivery adds a few euros.
