InPost operates over 20,000 automated parcel lockers (APMs) across Europe, including in countries like Poland, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Spain, and Portugal.
These lockers are strategically placed in accessible locations such as supermarkets, gas stations, and shopping centres, providing 24/7 access for parcel drop-off and collection.
Flexible Delivery Options
- Locker-to-Locker Delivery: Send and receive parcels between InPost lockers for a contactless and convenient experience.
- Home Delivery: Available in select regions, allowing parcels to be delivered directly to recipients' addresses.
- International Shipping: Deliveries to countries such as Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal, and Italy, with estimated delivery times ranging from 3 to 5 days.
Tracking and Insurance
Tracking:
Every InPost shipment is tracked automatically. When your parcel reaches a Paczkomat locker, its status changes to "ready for pickup" and you get an SMS and app notification with a unique pickup code (or QR code); you typically have 48 hours to collect it before it's returned to sender. Insurance:
- Standard Coverage: €100 included in the shipping rate.
- Additional Coverage: Available for higher-value items.
