Courier Services for Business
Business Parcel Delivery Across Europe
Your parcels already move. What costs you is the rest of it: rates that change without warning, a login for every carrier, invoices arriving from four directions and a customer asking where their order is.
Ecoparcel puts one business shipping account in front of the carriers you would otherwise contract individually. You get our volume rates instead of your own, on the routes you actually ship.
There is nothing to sign and no monthly fee. Tell us where you ship from and how much you send, and we will send the price list for your country so you can compare it against what you pay today.

Compare Courier Prices for Business
Carrier sales teams price your volume. We price ours, then hand you the result — which is how a small shop ends up on rates a small shop cannot negotiate alone.
Every carrier that covers your route is quoted side by side, on the same screen, with the delivery time and the cut-off next to the price. You pick. Nothing is chosen for you.
Cover for the first €100 of declared value is in every price. Above that it is €2 per €100 declared, and checkout adds nothing that was not on the quote.
Past 50 parcels a month there is room to price your specific routes rather than the standard list. That is what the form above starts.

Shipping Software for Every Carrier
A multi-carrier shipping platform is only worth having if it removes work. Import the day's orders from a file or a connected store, print the labels in one batch, and hand the parcels over.
Addresses you ship to repeatedly live in an address book. Boxes you use repeatedly live as saved packages. Neither gets retyped.
Tracking for every shipment sits in one list, whichever carrier is moving it, so “where is my order” is answered without logging into anyone else's site.
Your team works in the same account. Nobody has to forward a label.

Monthly Invoicing for Business Shipping Accounts
Re-entering card details on every shipment is fine at ten parcels a month and unworkable at a thousand. Most business accounts either save a card or keep a topped-up balance, so booking is one click and the money is already in place.
Top up that balance by bank transfer or card, in whatever size suits your month. PrePay can do it automatically, and any top-up above €100 credits an extra 2% back to your balance.
Whichever way you pay, a consolidated monthly invoice covers every shipment and every carrier for the period, with PDF invoices and credit notes your accountant can reconcile in one pass.
Paying on invoice afterwards — shipping against an overdraft rather than a balance — is granted case by case after a credit check. Ask your sales manager once the account is running.
Ecommerce Shipping Integrations
Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, BigCommerce and Etsy connect straight in. Orders arrive as labels waiting to be printed, with no address retyped and no export step.
Anything we do not have a plugin for goes through the REST API: live rates at your checkout, shipments created from your own system, tracking pushed back to your customers under your brand.
The API documentation is public — your developer can read it before you talk to anyone here.
Returns run the same way, so a customer sending something back does not become a manual job.

FAQs
How do I open a business account?
Registering is free and takes about a minute. Once the account exists, a sales manager picks it up and prices the routes you actually ship, rather than leaving you on the standard list.
There is no monthly fee, no minimum volume and no contract term. You can keep your existing carrier accounts running alongside for as long as you want to compare them.
What do business customers pay compared with booking direct?
Business rates come from our combined volume across every carrier we work with, not from yours alone. For most companies that is below what the same carrier quotes them directly for the same box on the same route.
The price list is per country and covers parcels and pallets in both directions, with delivery times beside each rate. Request it above and you can check it against your current invoices before speaking to anyone.
How do business accounts pay?
The standard way is a saved card, or a prepaid balance you top up by bank transfer or card. Booking then takes one click, because the funds are already on the account. Top-ups above €100 credit an extra 2% back, and PrePay can top the balance up automatically.
Either way you receive a consolidated monthly invoice covering every shipment and every carrier for that period, as a PDF, along with any credit notes.
Paying on invoice after the fact — an overdraft rather than a prepaid balance — is possible but is granted case by case after a credit check, not by default. Your sales manager arranges it once the account has some history.
Can we connect our online store or our own system?
Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, BigCommerce and Etsy connect through native integrations, so orders arrive ready to label without an export step.
For anything else there is a REST API covering live rates, shipment creation, labels and tracking. The documentation is public, so your developers can size up the work before you commit to anything.
