Good service.

They never came to collect my parcel and never replied to my email about compensation. My mom was waiting for them and looking for them through the window for the whole collection date, but later they simply wrote that no one was at home.

Everything was on time. Delivery from Warsaw to Budapest was 3 days, including the day of pick up. The price is very competitive and lower than with other providers. Very satisfied with the service. Will definitely recommend it to others.

There was some initial problem with collection but the box was picked up next day. It took longer than I was expected but you have to be patience if you pay less than with the competition. The company uses lots of different subcontractors so at the end of the day it all depends of the quality of service each individual provides. In my case it was GLS. There was no way I could contact customer service. There was no response, but overall the box was delivered in good condition so it’s OK and I can recommend and will probably use Ecoparcel again in the future.

I used Ecoparcel several times and I am happy with the result. I just had some problems with the collection of the package because they did not call me to let me now that they were coming to take it.

Within a week I sent a parcel from Hungary to Portugal and also, received an other sent from Portugal to Budapest. The pick up and deliver process was a bit troubled in both cases, only the second attempt was successful - however there were people at home waiting for the service on the first day as well. Finally, both packages were delivered fine within 6-7 working days, no harm done. The costumer service is only available online, they were responding to all questions within a day or two.The price is better than other companies and the online tracking system is very useful. Keeping in mind the weakness of the services, I would definitely use it again.
