Always impressed with the service Ecoparcel provide, so efficient and great value for money

As my package was coming from Spain and quite large I was initially nervous about the process but I have had absolutely no problems. I was worried there would be a problem on the other end (in Spain, if no-one was there to open the door to the courier) and was nervous that I'd have to communicate with someone using my poor Spanish skills. The courier arrived at a reasonable time in Spain and there were no problems. I was very surprised at how fast my package arrived. I can honestly say this has been one of the smoothest processes in postage for me and I am highly impressed. Also, it was very cheap. I have been nervous about my package being sent for a while so thank you for making it so easy.

Very good service, safe and cheap compared to regular post systems.

The only problem. Delivery company in destination.

I sent two boxes: one should be destinated in Italy (1) and one in Spain (2). I put the CORRECT LABELS on the parcels and the carrier was wrong, delivering the box 1 in Spain, even if I paid for delivering the parcel in Italy and the box 2 in italy, but I was expected it in Spain. That caused me a lot of issues! I sent thousands of mails to the "customer care", sending pictures of the boxes and talking with Larry, Liza and Gabrielle but they didn't solve the issue at all. At the end Larry stated: "Hope you will accept our apologies, you can send more than one parcel per day, thus, courier has to be advised to label parcels correctly. As two orders were to be picked up at the same day, advisory email have been sent to email of a Shipper. Unfortunately, we cannot proceed with full refund only with a partial one." For me, that's not a customer service and I hope that their managers or supervisors can realized the lack of soft skills they have had. I paid Ecoparcel a lot, their carrier was wrong and they can only proceed with a partial refund, even though I did it everything correctly and I did not receive any service from you, only a lot of damage.

It was a week later and missing one parcel we are trying to find it can't ring phone number to enquiry

Bartolini è del tutto inaffidabile sia nel -- ritirare il pacco (prenotano per una data ma non si presentano) --consegnare ( hanno fatto finta che a una certa ora non vi fosse nessuno in casa per ben 2 volte ) Ho già comunicato a Bartolini quanto sopra Avevo fatto altre spedizioni a nome di mio figlia ,ma ora mi rivolgerò a spedizionieri più affidabili

There is not control in collection hours and nobody calls, being waiting for the transport hours
